Delete your Dishbound account
Dishbound is operated by MJS Products & Design Pty Ltd. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app.
Delete in your account
In the Android or iOS app, open You → Delete account and private data. On the website, sign in and open account security settings, then select Delete my account and private data.
Request deletion by email
Email marco@mjsproducts.com.au from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Dishbound account deletion”. Say whether you want your entire account deleted or only particular data. Include any public posts or uploaded media you also want removed. Never send your password.
We may ask for information needed to verify ownership. If you cannot access the account email, tell us so we can discuss another way to verify the request.
What happens
Deleting the account removes sign-in access and associated private account records, including private saved data. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account. Locally stored guest saves can be removed by clearing app or browser data.
Some public moderation, dispute or legally required records may be handled separately. Ask us to remove remaining personal content and uploaded files as part of your request. Backups and service logs may remain until their retention cycle ends. We will explain any data that must be retained and the reason.
